Mascot contest!

Yes, it's finally time for the mascot contest!
Let's just go straight to the point, shall we? c:

Task:

Make a Mew Mew!

Rules & guidelines:

You have to be a group member to enter.
State in the description of your entry that it is for this mascot contest.
As this group doesn't allow bases, you are not allowed to use them in your entry. Your entry has to be 100% your own work.
You have to create a new mew mew for this contest. You're not allowed to pick an old OC and use it here. (but if you do not win, you can use the mew mew created for this contest in any way you want)
You have to create a weapon and a normal form for the mew mew as well (visual reference for the mew mew form and the weapon are needed, you don't have to draw the normal form but you have to at least tell what they look like as a human)
Please add some information about the mew mew! Your chances to win are a lot bigger if you tell something about their personality and come up with an attack and other useful information like age.
You can name the Mew Mew with what ever edible/drinkable thing you please (except for the same as the original seven mew mews)! But remember: your chances to win will be a lot bigger if you use something original instead of something overused. Also it's a plus if you keep it simple.
You can choose what ever endangered animal species for the DNA the mew mew has.
The mew mew can be a boy or a girl or anything in between!
The mew mew has to be a teen. (older than 10 and younger than 20)
Less is more! Don't make your entry too complicated or full of details! I also want to be able to tell it's a mew mew the second I see it.
I am not looking for the most powerful mew mew, I am looking for a mew mew who's eager to save the world form the aliens/any other threats! And it would be nice if they liked being the group mascot, too.
Being badass isn't important. Being cute is.
